Dr. Alonso is the Director of the Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery Unit at Centro Gutenberg in Málaga, Spain. His main goal is surgery in the field of reproductive medicine in order to re-establish fertility or create better conditions to improve ART outcomes. He has a special interest in the field of uterine malformations and their implication in fertility. He is founder and main editor of Hysteroscopy Newsletter, and Chairman of the Global Community on Hysteroscopy. Dr. Alonso is the Immediate Past Chair of the AAGL Hysteroscopy SIG, and he has been recently elected executive board member of the ESGE.

After the Congress, recorded content, which includes session audio and accompanying slides, will be available for purchase in ASRM Academy starting November 15, 2023.

Innovation = Inspiration: Join us for the Carlos Simón Research Symposium!

The Carlos Simón Research Symposium has been established to recognize and highlight the field-changing research conducted by our ASRM Research awardees and ASRM Research Institute Discovery & Innovation grantees. This year, the newly named symposium will be held on Tuesday, October 17, at 12:20 PM, and will spotlight the ASRM 2022 Distinguished Researcher and Young Investigator awardees, Dr. Kyle Orwig and Dr. Audrey Gaskins. Join us as we recognize these individuals and acknowledge Dr. Simón for his generous support of ASRM and his dedication to the field of reproductive medicine. Lunch will be provided for the first 150 session attendees.

You don’t have to miss the meeting to stay at home with your kids—bring them along! Camp ASRM is a childcare service offered Sunday, October 15, through Wednesday, October 18, in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, the headquarters hotel for ASRM 2023.

Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts, group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, etc. Kiddie Corps provides activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment.
