Process for Claiming CME, CE, or printing a Certificate of Attendance

For Postgraduate (PG) Courses

  1. Access the evaluation site using the link emailed from registration or ASRM meeting app. Log in with Registration ID, name, or email address. (used to register)
  2. Select credit type you are claiming.
  3. Postgraduate courses purchased will be listed on account.
  4. Complete evaluation for all Postgraduate courses listed to claim credits.
  5. Please verify the total number of credits claimed.
  6. Download, print or email your credit certificate(s) or certificate of attendance.

For the Scientific Congress (SC)

  1. Access the evaluation site using the link emailed from registration or ASRM meeting app. Log in with Registration ID, name, or email address. (used to register)
  2. Select credit type you are claiming.
  3. Select all session(s) for which you wish to claim credits.
  4. Please remember you must complete an assessment for each session, for which you are claiming credits.
  5. Please verify the total number of credits claimed.
  6. Download, print or email your credit certificate(s) or certificate of attendance.

ASRM CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS

The goal of ASRM is to sponsor educational activities that provide learners with the tools needed to conduct research, practice the best medicine, and provide the best, most current care to patients. ASRM follows the policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). CME must adhere to the ACCME Standards of Integrity in Continuing Medical Education, address specific, documented, clinically significant gaps in physician knowledge, competence, or performance, and be proven to be effective in improving physician knowledge, competence, performance, or outcomes. All planners and presenters must disclose all financial relationships that have been active within the past 24 months. The CME Subcommittee and the Executive Program Committee reviewed these disclosures, resolving perceived potential relevant financial relationships.

THE ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (ACCME)

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

ASRM 2024 SCIENTIFIC CONGRESS DESIGNATION STATEMENT

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine designates this activity for a maximum of 15.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Post Graduate Courses 5 – 14 are approved for  6 to 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ASRM 2024 POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM DESIGNATION STATEMENT

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine designates Post Graduate Courses 01-04 and 15 are approved for a maximum range of 3.25 to 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ per course.  Post Graduate Courses 05-14 for a maximum range of 3.25 to 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF OBSTETRICIANS AND GYNECOLOGISTS (ACOG)

The application has been approved by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, designed 15.75 Cognates to the Scientific Congress, 3.25 Cognates to Postgraduate Course 2, 6.50 cognates to Postgraduate Course 10, and  6.75 Cognates each to Postgraduate Courses 6 and 11.

AMERICAN BOARD OF BIOANALYSIS (ABB)

The application has been made to the American Board of Bioanalysis to provide Professional Enrichment Education Renewal (PEER) credit for this event.

The American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) certification examination will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center on Saturday, October 19, 2024, 7 am-5 pm. To sit for the ABB examination, applicants must apply online at www.abbcert.org, submit all required documentation, and be approved by the ABB Board. The application and required documentation must be received by ABB no later than August 9, 2024, to be considered for the October 19 exam. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NURSE PRACTITIONERS IN WOMEN’S HEALTH (NPWH)

The application has been submitted to the Continuing Education Approval Program of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health for the following continuing education credits.

AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION (PSY)

The Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG) of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. MHPG maintains responsibility for this program and its content. CE credits will be available for select sessions of Scientific Congress; Post Graduate Courses 01-Think B.I.G.: Breaking Boundaries, Increasing Access, Generating Innovation, 04-, Enhancing Fertility Care: Integrative Approaches for Patient Satisfaction through their Journey Across the Practice 05-Building Families Via Donor Conception: Understanding the Donor Recipient Consultation, 08- Highlights for the New or Novice REI Nurse, and  15-Integrating Open Donor Options Into Your Practice; MHPG Clinical Sessions CSM03, CSM04, CST04, CSW03, and CSW04.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL WORKERS (NASW)

The National Association of Social Workers has approved up to 14 contact hours of continuing education credits, Approval # 886496548-9545.  To include, postgraduate courses PG05, Building Families Via Donor Conception: Understanding the Donor Recipient Consultation, and PG15, Integrating Open Donor Options Into Your Practice. Selected ASRM Congress sessions and Clinicals have also been approved.

NATIONAL SOCIETY OF GENETIC COUNSELORS (NSGC)

The application has been submitted to the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) to offer up to 2.6 CEUs or 26.00 Category 1 contact hours for the activity ASRM 2024 Scientific Congress & Expo, which include Post Graduate Courses 01, 03,05, 06, 07, 09, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15. The American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) will accept CEUs earned at this program for the purposes of genetic counselor certification and recertification. Participants requesting NSGC CEUs will have a service fee of $40 added to their meeting registration to cover payment to the National Society of Genetic Counselors for the filing and awarding of CEU certificates.

LEGAL CREDITS

ASRM Legal Professional group has identified select sessions in the Scientific Congress for continuing legal education credits totaling 8.75 contact hours.  The postgraduate courses selected are PG04 for 3.50 credit hours. CLE sessions/courses are identified in meeting schedules. Attendees are responsible for verifying the acceptance of continuing education credits with the specific regulatory boards.
