Reminder: You must be logged into your app to view posters, connect with other attendees, and save session information to your calendar.

Make Your Schedule

Confirm your registration!

Before arriving at ASRM 2024, make sure to confirm your registration to ensure you are registered for all events you wish to attend. Separate registration is required for PG courses, Hands-On courses, the President’s Gala, the Social Media Summit, and roundtables.

Make sure to book your hotel! Room block information can be found here. Note that This year there will be no shuttles provided by ASRM. 

Cashless Meeting

ASRM 2024 is a cashless meeting. No cash payments will be accepted. If you are planning to register, add on to your registration, or pay for ASRM membership on site in Denver, please bring your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Please note that there are limited printed resources available at ASRM 2024. For detailed information on sessions and presenters, please bring printed information from home or use the ASRM 2024 app.

Wifi Access

Wifi will be available at the Colorado Convention Center for attendees. If you experience slow internet speeds while using the wifi, we recommend switching to your cellular data for faster service.

Important: For PSY, LPG, NASW, and NSGC credits, please use the QR code that will be provided to you to sign in and out of your approved session to earn credit. Be sure to complete the session evaluation.

Snap: Capture a photo of yourself solo or with your friends! Each day there will be a new designated Snap Location–check @asrm_org on Instagram daily for the details.

Passport Game

Play the ASRM 2024 Passport Game! Over the course of three days (October 21-23), collect codes from locations around the Colorado Convention Center for a chance to win prizes including Ray-Ban AI sunglasses, Gen 3 AirPods, and Amazon gift cards. How to play:

1. Download the ASRM 2024 app from the Apple or Google Play store and log in.
2. Create your user profile.
3. Collect all codes around the Colorado Convention Center (see code locations).
4. Refresh your app one hour before the drawing.

Code Locations can be found in your delegate packet insert or the ASRM App.

Society Social Hour

After a day of intense learning on Monday, mingle over a beer or glass of wine with leaders of ASRM’s member groups and the Fertility and Sterility team at the Society Social Hour, which will be held in front of the Spotlight & Engagement Pavilion (Mile High Ballroom) from 4:45 PM to 6:15 PM. This event is free for all attendees and is an excellent way to get more involved with ASRM!

Gala

If you are attending the 2024 ASRM President’s Gala, you will receive a separate email with important information leading up to the event. You may also find need-to-know info online here.

Group Events

Are you a member of an Affiliate or Professional Group? Check with your group for meetings and events during the Congress and make sure to register.

Weather

On average, the temperature in Denver in late October ranges from 33 degrees to 66 degrees Fahrenheit (0.6 degrees to 18.9 degrees Celsius) with limited precipitation. We recommend dressing accordingly and bringing along a jacket for the cooler nights. Click here for more weather details. 

Altitude tips: Denver is known as the mile-high city because of its high altitude. Many people don’t even notice the altitude difference and say the air is just thinner and dryer. Click here for tips on managing the high altitude. To avoid altitude sickness, drink extra water, reduce alcohol consumption, and limit exercise for the first 48 hours.

Pharmacies, Local Urgent Care, and Hospitals

Water, toiletries, and over-the-counter medications are available at pharmacy stores, such as Walgreens or CVS. This map shows the locations of pharmacies in the vicinity of the Congress. If you need medical care, click here to view a list of hospitals and urgent care facilities.

Translation Services

Translation services are not available in any of the sessions during the Congress.

Currency Exchange

Click here for a list of locations where you can exchange currency.  Many businesses, including Uber and Lyft, do not accept cash, and don’t forget that ASRM 2024 is a cashless event. Carry an international card or prepay online for these services.

Certificate of Attendance

If you need a Certificate of Attendance, you may obtain it by logging in to the evaluation site with the link provided by email, or click here. Certificates must be printed or emailed by November 8, 2024.
