Refund/Non-Attendance Policy

Cancellations received on or before September 11th, will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations received after September 11th will not be eligible for a refund.

Recorded Content Bundle Fees are non-refundable.
