No. Each credit type has selected sessions and courses approved to offer credits. Please refer to one of the three methods in Question 2 to find which credits are offered for each session.

ASRM will utilize badge scanning for ticketed events and attendance tracking for select sessions.  Scan the QR code on your attendee badge as you enter sessions or ticketed events. During conference hours, please ensure that you are wearing your badge.

Badges are received from the Registration Desk after you check in. For registration hours, please refer to the Schedule at A Glance, Congress meeting app, or the online program. If you purchase an additional ticketed event or course after you receive your attendee badge, you must have a new badge reprinted.

Badge scanning is required for PSY, NASW, Legal, and NSGC credit types. To qualify to receive PSY, NASW, Legal, or NSGC credits, you must scan in and scan out of all sessions attended. This is in addition to completing the corresponding evaluation on the Evaluation Site.

There are 3 different ways to access the Evaluation Site to claim credits:

  • Meeting App – Access through the “Claim CME/CE” button
  • Congress Website – Access under the “CME/CE” tab of the Program tab
  • Evaluation Link emailed from registration (MCI).

The Evaluation Site will open after each day’s sessions and will remain open until Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT.

After completing all evaluations, you can print or email your credit certificate directly from the Evaluation Site.
