ASRM 2026 Scientific Congress & Expo: Registration Information for Press

Washington, DC — The American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)’s Scientific Congress & Expo will be held October 24–28, 2026, in Baltimore, MD.
The annual meeting brings together reproductive health professionals from across the world to meet, hear cutting-edge research presentations, attend symposia and hands-on courses, and learn about new and exciting innovations from the field. Built around the theme of Discovery, Innovation, and Advancement, this year’s Congress is designed for clinicians, researchers, and professionals who want more than passive learning. Beyond infertility, all aspects of reproductive medicine, including contraception, menopause, and PCOS/PMOS will be covered. Additional details can be found here.
All members of the media may request abstracts for publications set to be presented at the Scientific Congress & Expo with advance registration. ASRM asks that reporters maintain an embargo on information in the abstracts until the day and time scheduled for presentation at the Congress.
Press passes are limited. If your application is accepted, you will be issued a press pass ahead of the event. All inquiries are subject to review of eligibility. Submission of the form does not guarantee that you will be issued a press pass.
In-person press passes include access to all scientific sessions. A press pass does not include access to business meetings, round tables, or other social events. When your registration has been processed, we will email you to let you know so that you may register for housing within ASRM’s block.
