ASRM 2021 COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

For the health and safety of those attending the ASRM Scientific Congress & Expo in Baltimore, ASRM is implementing safety protocols, including proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all attendees, staff, and third-party workers at the meeting.

In-person participants will be required to show onsite proof of vaccination using Health Pass on the free CLEAR mobile app, proof of a negative PCR test administered no more than 72 hours prior to the event, or a physical copy of your vaccination card. Therefore, each attendee, including spouses and guests, must pick up their own badge.

Regarding mask requirements, all Congress attendees will be required to follow any local regulations in effect at the time of the meeting. ASRM anticipates mandatory masking will be required while inside the Baltimore Convention Center.

Attendees should also:

  • Socially distance when possible;
  • Stay home if sick or exposed to COVID-19; and
  • Consult with a healthcare provider about attending if you have underlying health conditions or a weakened immune system.

Those unable to attend in person may access the program by registering for the on-demand Congress.

ASRM will continue to closely monitor news and guidance on the COVID-19 virus and increase health and safety precautions if deemed necessary.
